Does my guest need an account?
No. The guest scans the QR and reports directly — name, photos, description. Nothing else.
Who pays the tradesperson?
You approve the invoice and pay via Contratista; we pay the tradesperson out. No separate bank transfers.
What if I don't trust the invoice?
