Does my guest need an account?

No. The guest scans the QR and reports directly: name, photos, description. Nothing else.

Who pays the tradesperson?

You pay the tradesperson directly. Contratista holds no money and takes no commission. We provide the diagnosis, the invoice check and the record.

What if I don't trust the invoice?

Every invoice is checked against before/after photos, materials and hours. Still not sure? Then you don't approve it.

Does this work outside the Costa del Sol?

We currently use Vercel Analytics in anonymised form; no personal data is sold and your data is not used for advertising. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

Marketing cookies

These cookies let us measure which adverts lead to a sign-up, so we do not waste our advertising budget. They are only placed after you give permission. We use the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram): it sets cookies (_fbp, _fbc) and tells Meta Platforms Ireland Limited that you visited the site or created an account. When you sign up we also send an encrypted (hashed) version of your email address so Meta can match the sign-up to an advert; your address itself never leaves our server in readable form.
