One price per property. Everything included.
Free while we build our vetted pool in your area. After that you pay one amount per property with everything in it: unlimited reports and diagnoses, your own tradespeople and tradespeople from the pool, invoice checks and reports. Repairs are paid straight to the tradesperson; Contratista never charges per job or takes a cut.

What difference it can make
One two-bedroom apartment, let to guests. We use public sources and say what is an assumption.
What we count with
- Gross rent: €30,000 a year (assumption; estimates for Marbella vary).
- Maintenance: 5 to 8% of gross rent, so €1,500 to €2,400 (rule of thumb, Forbes 2024, US market).
- Five repairs a year (assumption).
- Once a year a quick repair avoids refunding two nights at €201 (Marbella nightly rate, Airbtics 2026; the frequency is an assumption).
What comes out
- If you handle it yourself today: around €400 a year in avoided refunds. The time you save is not counted.
- If you pay a manager today with a €25 call-out fee and a 20% surcharge: €800 to €1,000 a year.
- Contratista costs €120 a year for one property, VAT included.
