How do I get started?

Create an account, add your first property and download the QR code. Hang it up in your home — done.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

No. If you can approve a photo on your phone, you can use Contratista.

For your guests

Does my guest need an account?

No. Scan, add photos and a description, submit. Nothing else.

What language does my guest report in?

Their own — NL, EN or ES. You and the tradesperson see it in yours.

Tradespeople & matching

Who are the tradespeople?

A pre-vetted local pool, selected for craft, rate and region.

Do I choose the tradesperson myself?

You assign with one tap from the suggested matches. You stay in control.

Payments

How is the tradesperson paid?

You approve the invoice; we pay the tradesperson via Stripe.

Do I pay commission on repairs?

No. You pay a fixed subscription; no commission on the jobs themselves.
