Do I need an account?

No. No app, no login, no account. You only leave your name and contact details so we can reach you about the repair.

Does it cost me anything?

No. Reporting is free for guests. The owner handles the repair.

Functional cookies

These cookies are necessary for the platform to work and cannot be disabled. We set: login and session cookies to keep you signed in (Supabase, sb-…-auth-token, for the duration of the session); a language-preference cookie (locale, about a year); a cookie that remembers your cookie choice (ct_cookie_consent, up to 24 months); a technical session cookie that lets us trace faults and see where visitors drop off, without tracking who you are (ct_sid, 30 days); and security cookies against bot abuse of forms (Cloudflare Turnstile). For administrators, a session cookie for secure account management may be set temporarily (mfa_trust, imp_as). All these cookies are placed by Contratista or by the named service provider on our behalf.

Analytics cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the platform so we can improve it, and are only set after you have given consent. We currently use Vercel Analytics in anonymised form; no personal data is sold and your data is not used for advertising. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

Marketing cookies

These cookies let us measure which adverts lead to a sign-up, so we do not waste our advertising budget. They are only placed after you give permission. We use the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram): it sets cookies (_fbp, _fbc) and tells Meta Platforms Ireland Limited that you visited the site or created an account. When you sign up we also send an encrypted (hashed) version of your email address so Meta can match the sign-up to an advert; your address itself never leaves our server in readable form. If you refuse this category we send nothing to Meta, not even from our own server. You can withdraw your permission at any time via the cookie settings.
