Property manager rate

Per property per month, excl. VAT. Annual contract, invoiced monthly by bank transfer. The more properties, the lower the rate.

  • 20-99 properties €5 per property per month, excl. VAT
  • 100-249 properties €4 per property per month, excl. VAT
  • 250 properties or more €3 per property per month, excl. VAT

Developers: warranty reports after handover

Buyers report a fault via the QR in the property. You see everything per project and per property, with photo, diagnosis and file, and your own tradespeople handle it.

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the platform so we can improve it, and are only set after you have given consent. We currently use Vercel Analytics in anonymised form; no personal data is sold and your data is not used for advertising. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

Marketing cookies

These cookies let us measure which adverts lead to a sign-up, so we do not waste our advertising budget. They are only placed after you give permission. We use the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram): it sets cookies (_fbp, _fbc) and tells Meta Platforms Ireland Limited that you visited the site or created an account. When you sign up we also send an encrypted (hashed) version of your email address so Meta can match the sign-up to an advert; your address itself never leaves our server in readable form. If you refuse this category we send nothing to Meta, not even from our own server. You can withdraw your permission at any time via the cookie settings.
